RE: 12 Tickets Giveaway

Hi all!

Due to the overwhelming respond, we have to set aside some guidelines to make it fair for all.
If you wish to wish support Guo Hao live at MediaCorp Studio on the 25th Jube 2007, kindly email to GuoHaoFC@yahoo.com.

If you have emailed to the various FC Managers, kindly email to GuoHaoFC@yahoo.com once again.

Please send in all your requests by Wednesday, 20th June 2007.

Your email should include:
1) Your Full Name
2) Your Contact number
3) In about 60 words, write down what you think about Guo Hao's performance.

Do note that there are certain Guidelines as listed below:

1) Only a Maximum of 2 Tickets is given to every single application.
2) All requests will be picked at random and decision made is final.
